What is "PEMF" Therapy?

PEMF stands for “Pulsed ElectroMagnetic Frequency”. PEMF therapy is a non-invasive, painless treatment for various injuries, bone related conditions and pains. How does PEMF Therapy work?

PEMF therapy sends electromagentic waves painlessly throughout your body to re-energizes damaged cells by inducing electrical changes within the cell that restore it to its normal healthy state. What is a PEMF Therapy session like?

For a session, you will lie on the PEMF mat and, depending on your condition, may have a second pad resting over a certain area. The settings will be per-programmed by the doctor and the session will start. Sessions typically last between 10-30 minutes.  An audible “beep” will indicate when the session is over. Typically, you won’t feel anything; however, some people report feeling a warming sensation and a general sense of relaxation.
